Master Rhetorical Communication
The Master Rhetorical Communication aims to professionalize rhetorical and speaking skills in preparation for future professional activities as a trainer and consultant in the complex field of communicative action in politics, business, administration, education, and culture. The standard course duration is 2 semesters for consecutive and 4 semesters for non-consecutive Master's programs, including the examination period.
Study objectives
Graduates are able to promote communicative processes in individuals, groups, and organizations in the aforementioned work contexts, both in teaching and advisory roles. They are also capable of leading group processes with a clear aim and moderating meetings in content and form as moderators.
In detail, they should possess advanced knowledge of communication forms, particularly in the areas of presentation and moderation, acquire extensive knowledge of didactic and methodological basic principles for teaching rhetoric, strengthen their personal rhetorical competence in speech, be able to independently impart conversation management skills, evaluate rhetorical actions in culture, economy, and politics in a nuanced manner, have advanced knowledge of the requirements for planning, structuring, and practically implementing interviews and moderations in the media, and have professional artistic speaking skills while considering communicative competencies.
For students in the non-consecutive master's program, an agreement on the subjects to be studied is made with the Head of the Institute at the beginning of the studies.
