Equal Opportunities Commission
A day to celebrate: March 8th!
On March 8, we celebrate International Women's Day - a day that stands for equality, visibility, and respect. It commemorates the strength, courage, and diversity of women worldwide, as well as the responsibility to create equal opportunities for all. Let us acknowledge achievements, address injustices, and work together towards a just future.

The Equal Opportunities Officer and their deputies are responsible for promoting equal opportunities at the university.
Their areas of responsibility include participating in appointment committees, addressing topics such as the reconciliation of family and career, as well as women's and gender policies (e.g. gender pay gap, self-assertion, prejudices, fairness, sexual harassment, diversity).
