Master Chamber Music
The aim of the study is to further develop the artistic personality and professionalize musical and reflective skills. Graduates should be able to perform at a high artistic level in chamber music ensembles and professional ensembles. Certain master's programs have a specific set of mandatory courses, supplemented by a wide range of elective courses which students can freely choose from.
Specifically, students should:
- Be able to interpret works from all epochs and stylistic periods convincingly
- Be capable of performing chamber music works at a high artistic level
- Be equipped to professionally handle the demands of ensemble playing
- Possess a diverse repertoire of rehearsal and practice strategies, allowing them to work on works of different stylistic periods based on engagement with various performance practices and techniques
- Acquire specific job-relevant skills in written reflection through studies in the areas of musicology and analysis.
