Uni­ver­sity Choir

The university choir of HMDK Stuttgart is part of the training program for singers, school and church music students, and interested members from all other departments of the university.

Often, the collective rehearsing of choral-symphonic works or a cappella music of various styles provides young musicians with their first professional ensemble experience. This experience frequently leads to beautiful and exciting projects. Mainly, the performances are led by Prof. Denis Rouger. During rehearsals, particularly advanced students have the opportunity to gain experience in front of the approximately 60-person ensemble.
