1. Submit an application for exmatriculation online in the student portal.
2. Download the discharge form and obtain the signatures of the individual departments.
3. You should obtain the last signature at the Student Secretariat (room H1-0933), as you will also hand in your Hochschulcard there.
4. Upload the discharge certificate online in your application and send it off.

The Student Secretariat will check your application. Once it has been approved, you can download your de-registration certificate (later pension certificate) from the student portal.

We would like to ask you to hand in your Hochschulcard at the Student Secretariat.
Important: we cannot refund the remaining money on your card. If you are unable to use the money, please go to a Studierendenwerk information point to have the money paid out.
