The Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for students offers you this unique opportunity! It supports students from universities in Baden-Württemberg during their stay abroad, as well as international students during their studies in Baden-Württemberg.

Application Requirements
- Duration of the stay abroad: 3–11 months
- Location: At a partner university abroad (primarily outside the EU, but also within Europe)
- Scholarship amount: €600–1,400 per month
Important Information
- The Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM does not support full Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD programs.
- HMDK offers the possibility to develop individual solutions for the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM. Factors such as the distance to the partner university, tuition fees, cost of living in the host country, currency differences, special visa requirements, and other aspects can be taken into account.
How to Apply
If you are interested, please contact your main subject teacher and submit a short application, including a detailed motivation letter for your planned stay abroad, to the faculty by January 17, 2026, at the latest.
In addition, please submit an application for an exchange study placement at a partner university to the International Office by January 31, 2026, at the latest. After the selection process, the online application for the Baden-Württemberg Stiftung will follow (the registration link will be provided by the International Office).
