Ap­p­li­ca­ti­on and student portal

We currently offer the following self-service student administration functions via the student portal:

  • View your fee account: You can get an overview of the amount of your fees and charges at any time and check whether your payment has been received in full and thus whether you have been re-registered by the Registrar's Office
  • Change your address, telephone number and e-mail address by yourself, which will take effect immediately
  • Print out your current certificate of enrolment, certificate of study progress and BAföG certificate
  • Submission of your application for leave of absence from studies, for splitting, for de-registration and for changes to specific personal data

Upon enrolment, you will receive a document entitled "Studierendenportal an der HMDK Stuttgart", where you will find newly generated access data.
