In Kooperation mit der Akademie für Darstellende Kunst Baden-Württemberg (ADK) hat der Studiengang Schauspiel an der Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst (HMDK) ein Klasse mit zehn aus der Ukraine geflüchteten Schauspielstudierenden aus Kiew und Charkiw gebildet. Alina Kustyukova ist deren ukrainische Schauspieldozentin und Mentorin. Finanziert wird der Lehrauftrag durch die Berthold Leibinger Stiftung.
 
Alina Kostyukova graduated from the Kotlyarevsky University of the Arts. After she worked at the Young Theatre, the Franco Theatre, the Postplay Theatre, the Theater of Playwrights in Kiev. She takes part in the “Sisterhood”project in the Münchner Kammerspiele. Starred in many film projects in Ukraine, also in Poland. Experience as a teacher for more than 10 years. For the last year she has been teaching acting at the Kiev Karpenko-Kary University.
