    Deutschlandstipendium


    The Deutschlandstipendium is 300 Euros per month. Private sponsors such as companies, foundations, alumni and other private individuals are providing 150 Euros from their side. The Federal Government takes over the remaining 150 Euros. The Deutschlandstipendium is paid directly by the University to the scholarship holders. The funding is awarded regardless of income and can be obtained in addition to the BAföG. The funding period should be at least two semesters.

    On March 15, 2024 (beginning of the Summer Semester 2024), the HMDK is once again announcing the Deutschlandstipendium. The scholarships are subject-specific, i.e. advertised on your faculty.
    All students (Diploma, Bachelor or Master) who are enrolled at the HMDK at the beginning of the approval period can apply, regardless of age, nationality or number of semesters.

    The following application documents must be submitted online only by 10 December 2023 (23:59 h).

    Application documents:

    • Informal application with a letter of motivation (max. 2 A4 pages),
    • a tabular curriculum vitae,
    • a letter of recommendation from the main subject teacher,
    • personal declaration as to whether and, if so, which other scholarships are currently being received,
    • if applicable, evidence of special qualifications,
    • previous academic achievements,
    • Internship and job references,
    • Special awards and prizes, extracurricular and extracurricular commitment.
